SoDi – Supporting the Implementation of the European Industrial Deal with Strengthened Social Dialogue in European Metal Sector

FZZMiH is seeking offers for the engagement of a German expert to contribute with metal sector experience and EU-level expertise, in the framework of the European project: “SoDi: Supporting the Implementation of the European Industrial Deal with Strengthened Social Dialogue in the European Metal Sector.”

Services Required:

The selected expert will contribute to project activities by providing insights from the German metal sector and experience in social dialogue at national and EU level, as well as supporting the development and review of the project’s policy proposal.

Scope of Work:

a) WP3: EU-Level Consultation & Policy Review
📅 May – June 2027

Tasks:

▪ Participate in the EU Consultation in Bulgaria (June 2027)
▪ Day 1: Presentation on German national experience in the metal sector
▪ Day 2: Contribution to joint discussions with a presentation on social dialogue strategies
▪ Support the development of the policy proposal by reviewing the document and suggesting improvements

b) WP4: Presentation at International Conference
📅 January 2027

Task:

▪ Deliver a presentation on national and EU-level social dialogue experiences, with a focus on the German case
