SoDi – Supporting the Implementation of the European Industrial Deal with Strengthened Social Dialogue in European Metal Sector

The event consisted of an initial coordination meeting bringing together project partners to introduce the initiative and align on its overall direction.

During the session, participants presented their organisations and gained an overview of the project’s objectives, expected results, and strategic approach. The full work plan was outlined, including key phases focused on research, social dialogue activities, and capacity building.

A detailed implementation plan was also discussed, covering upcoming tasks such as data collection, national reports, training sessions, consultations, and the development of policy recommendations and learning resources.

The meeting allowed partners to clarify roles, provide feedback, and ensure a shared understanding of methodologies and timelines.

Overall, the event established a common foundation for collaboration and set the stage for the effective implementation of the project.
