SoDi – Supporting the Implementation of the European Industrial Deal with Strengthened Social Dialogue in European Metal Sector

The event consisted of a coordination meeting between project partners focused on strengthening social dialogue in the European metal sector.

During the session, participants reviewed the activities carried out so far, including national studies, training workshops, and consultations in different countries, as well as the main results achieved.

Key conclusions from the compiled reports were presented, and partners shared insights and experiences from national-level consultations.

The meeting also focused on planning the next phases of the project, including peer learning, exchange of best practices, and the development of policy proposals at the European level, with particular attention to the challenges of the digital and green transition in the sector.

Overall, the event helped align partners on upcoming steps while reinforcing collaboration and knowledge sharing within the project.
