CALL FOR OFFER: Online Focus Group Meetings & Technical Support for Online Surveys

FZZMiH is seeking offers for the provision of online focus group meetings and technical support for online surveys in the framework of the European project:
“SoDi – Supporting the Implementation of the European Industrial Deal with Strengthened Social Dialogue in the European Metal Sector.”

Services Required

  1. Online Focus Group Meetings
    • Organization and facilitation of one online focus group meeting per country:
      • Poland (PL)
      • Bulgaria (BG)
      • Serbia (RS)
      • North Macedonia (NM)
      • France (FR)
    • Each focus group must ensure inclusive participation, proper moderation, and collection of outcomes/notes.
  2. Technical Support for Online Surveys
    • Set-up, testing, and monitoring of online surveys in multiple languages.
    • Ensuring accessibility, technical stability, and smooth data collection.
    • Providing basic troubleshooting support to participants during survey completion.

Timeframe

  • Start date: 1 September 2025
  • End date: 30 September 2025

Selection Criteria

The contract will be awarded based on the best value for money principle, taking into consideration:

  • Quality of the proposed methodology for conducting the focus groups and survey support.
  • Relevant experience in organizing and moderating online events and managing survey tools.
  • Cost-effectiveness of the financial offer.
  • Availability within the required timeframe.
