MetaTech Exchange: Bridging Industry 4.0 in Western Balkans (METATECH4.0)

Partners coordinated the methodology and logistics for the upcoming training cycle under Activity 4.2, to be implemented in Kosovo, Montenegro, and Bosnia and Herzegovina between May and August 2026. The discussion confirmed the structure of the program, combining online theoretical sessions with practical laboratory work, and outlined participation, content focus, and delivery by designated experts.

The meeting emphasized alignment on organizational aspects, including documentation requirements, reporting, and timelines, as well as the preparation of training plans and deliverables. It reinforced a shared commitment to ensuring consistent implementation and effective skills development across all participating countries.
